What kind of ingredients does Casera use?
We use oils, seasonal vegetables and our proteins - beef, chicken, pork and turkey - are "hormone-free" and "antibiotics-free".
I am in a diet, can I order your meals?
Yes! We have meals that work great with a low-carb diet, keto diet, and also for vegans and vegetarians.
I am allergic to certain foods, how do you handle food allergies?
Unfortunately, we can't substitute any of our ingredients.
Do you offer Catering Services?
Yes! We do... If you need catering services or any other special order, please feel free to contact us for assistance.

Delivery Questions?
Do you deliver everyday?
Deliveries are made on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Depending on when the order is placed.
When, and at what time, should I expect my delivery?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email that will show the exact day and the approximate time of delivery.
If my zip code is not in your area, what can I do?
You can contact us and ask for special deliveries or request to add your zip code in our delivery path.

How secure is to pay in your site?
Protecting our client's personal information is our priority. Our security protocol starts with the SSL certificate in order to encrypt information that goes through the site such as credit cards details and sensitive data that our customers share during the checkout process. After this step, we chose Square as our payment gateway offering the Tokenization technology that makes it easier to improve payment security helping the authentication process during the purchase without affecting the security of a transaction. We don't keep your sensitive data in our private server, we use the "token" method in order to protect even more our transactions.
We make backups and security scans in a daily basis. Anti-Spam | Anti Hacker, unique IP, IP Firewall, Two-Factor Authentication, User Verification and Login Security among others reinforced our extensive protection list in order to make our client's information less vulnerable.

Can I pay with cash once food is delivered?
Unfortunately, we are not accepting cash or checks at the moment. The only payment method we accept is credit card, using our secure platform through Casera's web site. If you need help or have any questions regarding payments, please contact us.
Can I make an order for the entire month?
Sure! You can order all the meals you need. If, for some reason we don't have the meal in stock, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
Technical Support
Do I have to register an account at Casera's web site?
No, our clients don't have to register in our site. They are allowed to order as a guest. We recommend our clients to register because they will not be required to re-enter their shipping or billing addresses every time they order online. Whenever they place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless they direct us otherwise. They can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete their order at a later time. We'll keep track of the items they've already put in their shopping cart so that when they come back later, they will not have to re-select the items again. Note that placing items to the shopping cart for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.
I can't make an order, please help!
We work hard to be compatible with all the browsers and OS (Operating System) based on our client's equipment/hardware (Desktop, Smart Phone, Tablet) but we can't test our platform in all the combinations available in the market out there. Therefore, from time to time a unique-special case might show up and we will need to check it out in order to fix it.

I can't find a product, is this a technical problem?
No, you don't have any technical problem if you can't find a specific product. Not all the products are available all the time for multiple reasons.
Sometimes we have seasonal meals (prepared with seasonal ingredients) and depends on the time of the year we can't offer it. But, the main reason why you can't find a product is because it's out of stock. In that case, you can contact us and we can provide an estimate time for the availability or better yet, we can prepare a special order just for you!
